Asking from this page? If your family's album would be deleted, we wait 3 days first and tell every family phone, so nobody can erase your photos with just your email. You can cancel at any time before then.
What gets deleted
Always
- Your sign-in: your email address, your Google or Apple link, and your passkeys
- Your devices and every signed-in session
If you are the family's last parent, the whole album
- Every photo, video, voice note, greeting, gift photo and recap film
- People, birthdays, albums and family moments
- Share links, invites, relatives' access and the Recovery Kit copy
If another parent is still in the family, only your access is removed. The album stays with them.
What we keep, and for how long
- Activity records for 6 months. When someone signed in, viewed or uploaded, never what the photos show. Philippine law (RA 11930) requires this. They are then deleted automatically.
- Anything under a child-safety report or a court order, for as long as that case legally needs it.
- Payment records, for as long as Philippine tax law requires.
- Consent records: that a parent agreed to our privacy notice for a child, and when. They hold no photos and no child's name.
Your photos were end-to-end encrypted, so we never had the keys to see them. Deleting your devices and the Recovery Kit copy also removes the last way to open anything left in encrypted backup copies. Those copies are removed when their backup period ends.
